BluePreferred Basic
BluePreferred Basic is a lower premium, high-deductible preferred provider organization (PPO) plan that covers most services with coinsurance after you meet your deductible. Copays apply to certain covered services such as PCP office visits, urgent care and prescription medications.
Highlights include:
- Choice of four deductibles: $1,500, $2,500, $5,000 and $10,000.
- Lower out-of-pocket costs when you use Preferred (PPO) providers.
- Flexibility to use out-of-network providers for most services.
